A sleek and silky expression of a single vineyard Roussanne. On the nose, pear, brioche and blossom. Our Roussanne is beautifully balanced, and stylistically en pointe, with a long-textured finish and a hint of spice. Savoury and bright, this would pair well with a Sage-butter Pasta. You can cellar this exclusive Focus Series wine for 5-7 years or enjoy now. 

WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 

Hand picked from Sev’s vineyard in Oliver. Roussanne was gently whole cluster pressed – then 50% stainless steel fermented and 50% in one neutral 450L French puncheon. Bâtonnage for 3 months and then aged sur lie in barrel for 6 months.
