If for any reason you receive damaged wine due to shipping just let us know by email or telephone, we will replace the item or refund your money. If you think your order is late in arriving please let us know and we will track it for you.
The information we collect is volunteered by our consumers to complete an order, or contact us for questions, for example name and address, telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address). Credit card information is used only to process the current order and then is permanently deleted from the server once the transaction has cleared. No credit card information is retained on our systems. We do not set up online customer accounts to store customer information
With respect to information security: certain types of sensitive information, such as financial information when ordering, are redirected to the shopping cart on a secure server. Customer information is deleted from the server once the order is completed.
No customer information is ever sold to other companies.
