I signed up for the Terravista Vineyards Wine Club, now what? 

Well, come and visit us on the Naramata Bench to start!

Once you have filled out your information and selected a wine club to be part of you will receive an email confirmation from us explaining your membership benefits, answers to some frequently asked questions, and details about your first wine club shipment. There is no cost to join, but we ask that you try our Wine Club for a minimum of 1 year (2 shipments) to receive the full Terravista Vineyards experience.

Does my 10% discount apply to extra orders?
Yes! Your phone, email or online orders, and purchases made at the winery will all be subject to a 10% discount.

Can you add wines to my club shipment?
Yes! We can ship extra wines in a minimum amount of 6 wines. 12 Club Members receive free shipping. 6 Club members receive complimentary shipping when ordering a case or more. Remember, your 10% discount applies to all these wines.


How do I add wine to my club shipment?
Additional wine orders for club members can be made by contacting the winery or ordering online with the email associated with your membership. Please email us with your additional wines 7 days before shipping date so we can ensure your wines are included with your club shipment. 

When will my wine shipments be sent?
Wines will be shipped twice a year. They will be shipping in late May and October. Please make sure your address is up to date. You can activate and login to your account to update your information, or you can contact us at wineclub@terravistavineyards.com for any changes to your account.

6 bottle & 12 bottle Shipment Dates:

• during the last weeks of May
• during the last week of October

If you are picking up your wine, it will be ready at the winery at the dates specified  - after May Long Weekend or the last weekend in October and we can arrange a convenient appointment for pick up.

Can I select my own wines for the Wine Club?
Wines will be selected by our team before each club shipment. Due to the boutique nature of our winery, no substitutions can be made. If you would like to add on additional wine to your club shipment, there are no additional shipping charges for 12 club members and no additional charges for 6 club members who order a case or more of our wines AND you receive a 10% discount on all those wines. Additional wine orders for club members can be made contacting the winery, or you can just go to the store and buy wines at any time and your discount will apply.

Spring 2023 Example for the 12 bottle club: 4 Albariño , 4 Fandango and 3 Viognier and 1 Roussanne. 

Fall 2023 Example for the 12 bottle club: 5 Figaro, 1 Viognier, 2-3 Focus Series Wines or Exclusive wine such as Roussanne or Syrah, 2 Albariño , 1 Fandango.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be processed one week prior of each shipping date. If your credit card information is not up to date, you will be contacted by the winery for your new credit card details prior to the shipment or you can login in to your account to update your details. 

What happens if I don't pick up my wine?
If you are unable to pick up your wine within a month, please let us know and we can arrange to have your wines shipped to you.

What does it cost to ship?

All the shipping costs are included in your wine club price. We charge a flat fee of $30 per shipment for our 6 bottle club and its complimentary shipping for our 12 bottle club members** Please note that Club members are responsible for informing us of any address changes as they must be received 14 days prior to shipping day. Additional shipping charges will apply for any redirected shipments. If you are in a rural area or shipping charges exceed a reasonable amount, we may ship via Canada Post. 


Do I have to be home to sign for my wine club shipment?
All members must be minimum 19 years of age and when shipping wine we do require a signature from an adult 19 years or older. If you are not home during business hours, we encourage having your wine club shipment sent to your place of work.

How do I update my credit card details, email address or shipping address?
The easiest way to update your contact details is to log in to your wine club account at https://www.terravistavineyards.com/account/login and update your shipping and billing information in the Wine Club Memberships tab. If you have not yet activated your account, send us an email at wineclub@terravistavineyards.com or call the winery directly at 778-476-6011 and we will send you the activation email.

How long do I have to sign up for?
We ask that you try our Wine Club for a minimum of 1 year (2 shipments) to receive the full Terravista Vineyards experience. If you decide it's not the right fit for you, we can help cancel after you've received your shipments.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel, please let us know within 2 weeks of our next scheduled shipment (May 10th for Spring and October 10 for Fall). You may send an email to wineclub@terravistavineyards.com to coordinate. We will continue with shipment until written notice is received & cannot guarantee cancellation if notice is given later than 14 days.
