TASTING NOTES:

This vintage of Syrah shows the lighter side of this grape variety. Discover red plum and cherries on the nose. The palate is full of vibrant berries, red fruits and soft tannins. An earthy garden generous with raspberries, crunchy rhubarb and vanilla orchid with a pinch of pepper on the finish. 

Try with lamb shawarma or cheesecake with cardamom and wild cherry syrup for dessert.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 

Sourced from Haynes Point and harvested October 26, 2020. Following a short cold soak, the Syrah was fermented in small oak vats and punched down manually twice daily. The wine was then aged 18 months in French Oak Barrels.
