TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, you will find dark red fruits and blueberry with allspice. The 2021 has a savoury palate full of stewed fruit, damson plums, black liquorice and blackberries. Spicy, toasty notes with perhaps pastrami are complimented by a hint of floral. Medium plus finish.
Sip this Syrah with grilled veggie/fennel kebabs or an anise rub grilled meat – such as lamb or beef tenderloin.
