VIOGNIER 2019 - Released May 15!
A luscious nose of apricots, stonefruit, lychee and floral notes are followed by a hint of yellow plum. Medium bodied with a textured, balanced finish, this is peach galette in a glass. Versatile in its pairing with ideas of Halibut Green Curry or Thai Mango Salad.
The grapes were hand picked and whole cluster pressed. The wines were fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. Bench blending trials were conducted to determine the final Viognier blend from the South Okanagan and Naramata Bench.

This wine begins with aromas of stone fruit with a touch of almond. On the palate, flavours of apricot and ripe apple mingle with almonds. The wine has the classic firm backbone of the variety.
