The nose opens directly with bright stone fruit, fresh floral notes, and beeswax. On the palate, white peach, apricot, apple, and tangerine hold balance and play with light vanilla, and a hint of anise. This weight and texture are driven by a clean, balanced backbone of acidity, carrying those sensory elements through to a long finish. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWINEMAKER'S NOTES\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003eViognier was hand-picked and gently whole cluster pressed, then 25 % barrel fermented in neutral French oak barrels and puncheons.
