I signed up for the Terravista wine club, now what?

Once you have filled out your information and selected a wine club to be part of you will receive an email confirmation from us explaining your membership benefits, frequently asked questions and details about your first wine club shipment.  There is no cost to join.

Does my 10% discount apply to my wine club shipment?

Yes! Your wine club shipment, phone or emailed orders (not online website orders) and purchases made at the winery will all be subject to a 10% discount.

Can you add wines to my club shipment?

Yes! We do not charge additional shipping fees when you add wines to your club shipment. Please send us an email prior to the 10th of your shipment month so we can ensure your wines are included with your club shipment. Remember, your 10% discount applies to all these wines as well.

When will my wine shipments be sent?

Wines will be shipped twice a year.  They will be shipping in the spring and fall (before public release). Please make sure your address is up to date. You can contact us at [email protected] for any changes to your account.

6 bottle & 12 bottle Shipment Dates:

  • during the first 2 weeks of June
  • during the middle 2 weeks of November

If you are picking up your wine. It will be ready at the winery at the dates specified above and will be held at the winery for one month.

Can I select my own wines for the Wine Club?

Wines will be selected by our winemaker Senka before each club shipment. If you would like to add on additional wine to your club shipment, there are no additional shipping charges AND you receive a 10% discount on all those wines. Please note that additional wine orders for club members must be made by phone or email to obtain your 10% discount.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed two weeks prior of each shipping date. If your credit card information is not up to date, you will be contacted by the winery for your new credit card details prior to the shipment.

What happens if I don't pick up my wine?

If you are unable to pick up your wine within a month, please let us know and we can arrange to have your wines shipped to you.

What does it cost to ship?

All the shipping costs are included in your wine club price. We charge $20 per shipment for our 6 bottle club and its complimentary shipping for our 12 bottle club members.

Do I have to be home to sign for my wine club shipment?

When shipping wine we do require a signature from an adult 19 years or older.  If you are not home during business hours, we encourage having your wine club shipment sent to your place of work.

How do I update my credit card details, email address or shipping address?

The easiest way to update your contact details is to call the winery directly at 778-476-6011 or email us at [email protected].

How long do I have to sign up for?

We require a minimum commitment of two shipments. After that time, you can cancel your membership anytime.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your wine club membership, please email us at [email protected].  Please note that we require cancellations before the month’s club order has been processed. If your cancellation notice has been sent after your wine club shipment has been processed, any notices of cancellation made to your account will be effective for the following shipment.
