TASTING NOTES
White peach, white flower blossom and citrus on the nose. Notes of fresh white

"The Terravista Albariño, planted in the late 2000s, grows on a sloping, rocky site on the Naramata Bench. The winery was the first to sell the Spanish grape commercially in Canada and remains one of its best producers. O love that it shows a touch of Galician style, with linear, pithy notes of white grapefruit, green apple, and minerals, all in a sleek package. Complexity, salinity, and real wine character make this a delight to sip. The fruit is hand picked, gently whole cluster pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel. 25% was aged on lees in a concrete egg for five months, with a small portion aged in a neutral oak barrique, adding the perfect weight and texture. BC spot prawns or freshly shucked oysters are the perfect match."
