Spanish Castle Vineyard, Ancient Lakes of the Columbia Valley AVA, Washington 

TASTING NOTES:
Aromatic with ripe black cherry, black currant cordial and pepper on the nose. Juicy and floral, with baking spices and savoury Spanish pepper on the medium plus finish. 

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

Picked at Spanish Castle Vineyard and picked up by Eric, this Syrah was destemmed at Terravista, fermented in our 3000L oak barrique, gently pressed and then aged in a combination of new, neutral oak barrels and stainless steel.

Alc: 13.9% pH: 3.76 TA: 5.8 g/L RS: 3.0 g/L

Cellaring Note: 2025-2030
