TASTING NOTES
Our Verdejo opens with nectarine: a delicate stone fruit and floral start. The palate evolves into a more muscular, medium-bodied profile. It’s a study in balance: riper melon squeezed with fresh citrus, underscored by complexity. We find a tart, dry edge of
key lime on the finish that keeps the textured palate feeling focused.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Hand-picked in 2 lots 20 days apart, and gently whole-cluster pressed into stainless
steel and concrete fermentation (28%)– aged on lees for 5 months.
